Spiritual Refreshment Day Postponed

The Spiritual Refreshment Day planned to be led by Bishop John Noble on Saturday 20th.February at Holy Trinity Anglican Church has been postponed.  (Details of date and venue about this was not available in time for the last 'Spectrum'.  This morning session was to have been followed by an Ultreya at 2.15pm.)

Unfortunately Bishop John has to go into hospital for surgery on Friday 5th. February which will result in his not being able to lead the Spiritual Refreshment Day.
Please keep Bishop John in your prayers during this time.

The Ultreya at Holy Trinity , Hampton - 10 Thomas Street, Hampton ( Melway ref. 76, G6) will still go ahead as planned
and as usual will commence with singing at 2.15 pm for a 2.30 pm start.  Please come along in large numbers (and bring a plate) for this first Ultreya of 2010. .

Welcome!

Thank you for visiting the Melbourne Anglican Cursillo website.
Cursillo is a movement within the Anglican Church and is open to committed Anglicans.

Melbourne Anglican Cursillo serves Jesus Christ by:

  • holding three day courses to introduce Anglicans to the Cursillo Method and Melbourne Anglican Cursillo

  • encouraging development of and participation in small, local prayer and support groups that meet in Christian community

  • nurturing each other on our own spiritual journey

  • encouraging Anglicans to make a commitment to prayer, study and action

  • holding diocesan and national gatherings to develop inter-parish and inter-diocesan relationships

  • assisting the Diocese and parishes of Melbourne in the mission of the Church.

Both lay and ordained people make up the 1,200 plus membership of Cursillo in the Melbourne Diocese

Please have a look at the information we offer here and, if we can be of any additional help,
please add a request to our prayer list or email us with your questions at
questions@melbourneanglicancursillo.com

God Bless.
