CURSILLO TO HIGH VELD , SOUTH AFRICA.
Last year the Diocese of Bunbury, acting on a request from the Bishop of The High Veld, South Africa, decided to take Cursillo to South AFrica - a truly outstanding undertaking. Discussions and visits have taken place and now everything is in place for Cursillistas from Bunbusy to assist in the first weekend in The Diocese of the High Veld in South Africa.
The weekend will take place from 3rd. - 6th. May 2012 .
We have had a request for Palanca from Loretta Palmyre who is the Palanca Coordinator for Bunbury Cursillo. Please try to respond to Loretta's request and demonstrate to the Diocese of the High Veld just what a great and loving world-wide movement Cursillo is. The easiest method may well be to send Palanca via email to
lpalmyre@hotmail.com . In any event please pray for the Cursillistas of Bunbury who are assisting on team at this weekend and for the team and candidates from High Veld.

'MEN IN TRANSITION'
Making the most of the rest of our lives
An Anglican Men's Retreat to explore the impact of "the stuff of life" on Men's Body, Mind and Spirit.

This weekend aims to provide an opportunity to reflect on the different pressures of what men feel - the good, the bad and the not so good. To explore how men differently experience a sense of the presence of God in the stuff of life and to ways that promote the life they value, enjoy and that is beneficial to those they love, meet and with whom they interact.
The weekend will be held from 3rd. - 5th. August 2012 at the Edmund Rice Centre, 'Amberley' which is a Retreat and Conference and Spirituality Centre situated on a bend of the Yarra River in Lower Plenty overlooking Westerfolds Park to the Dandenong Ranges.
The weekend will include silent meditation, workshops, fun, fellowship and worship. Spiritual direction and confession will be available The team will consist of The Revd. Gary Bouma, Ross Byrne, Alan Smyth, Ian Keenan and Mark Sims.
There are a number of accomodation options available - rooms with en-suite, single room and twin bed rooms with shared shower facilities with corresponding rates available. All options include accomodation, all meals, linen and cleaning services.
The weekend will be limited to 22 participants.

If you want to secure a place and receive further details of costs, programme etc please contact Alan Smyth on 9598 2651 (Bus) or by email to ddairyco@bigpond.net.au .
